Muscle by Design does not sell your data or upload your progress photos. Whop measures visits and key steps through the membership journey.
What Whop handles
Whop handles your account, payment, purchase, and platform activity under Whop's own privacy terms. Whop-hosted pages include Whop's analytics pixel. We count public sales sections viewed, course-preview tabs selected, FAQ answers opened, visible time milestones, signup steps and failures, and checkout buttons clicked. We also count starting-point checks opened and completed and authorized course openings. These events contain a fixed stage name and a random event ID; we do not attach quiz answers, email addresses, body measurements, workout records, or free text. We do not record screens or keystrokes. A hidden page means a tab switch or navigation, not necessarily that someone abandoned their purchase. Whop also measures its own visits, sources, checkout, and payments. Muscle by Design receives a short-lived signed user token and the exact course experience ID so the server can confirm that you have access.
Optional checklist signup
If you request the free guide, we save your email address, signup time, consent version, optional follow-up preference, and a recognized ad campaign label. We do not attach your quiz answers or health information. Cloudflare stores this information and Resend processes your email address and delivery information to send the requested guide. We store message content, a delivery reference and send time to prevent duplicate emails. Where offered, the optional four-note educational and promotional series starts only after you confirm your email. We store that confirmation, delivery progress and any unsubscribe request. Each follow-up contains an unsubscribe link that stops future notes. Older checklist requests are not automatically enrolled. You can read the guide without submitting an email. Contact support to request removal of your signup data.
What the course saves
Your onboarding answers, course progress, active and completed workouts, load and rep history, adult nutrition inputs, and adult body-weight entries save to your authorized Whop membership. A browser copy stays on your device for recovery. Muscle by Design does not sell that information. Clearing browser data removes only that device's recovery copy.
Private membership milestones
We record the dates your authorized course account loads and summarize whether onboarding and workouts have been saved. We compare these milestones with trial, payment and cancellation records to identify access problems and improve the course. Daily visit records contain your membership reference and timestamps, not your workout values or health answers. These records stay in private operational storage and are not sent to advertising pixels. Contact support to request deletion of your course data.
Photos and health information
The current course asks you to take progress photos for yourself. It does not upload them. Do not enter medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive information into course fields.
Paid-screen protection
A browser cannot stop a separate camera or every operating-system screenshot. Muscle by Design covers paid screens when the page loses focus, blocks printing, and places a rotating non-personal trace across paid screens. The trace deters reposting. It does not show your name, email, Whop ID, or body data.
Age boundary
You must be 18 or older to join Muscle by Design. The age screen blocks anyone under 18 without asking for a name, email, photo, or health information.
