Can't find your purchase
Sign into the same Whop account and email used at checkout, then open Profile and Orders. If the purchase is still missing, use the help icon inside Whop or email support@whop.com.
Payment or refund
For a charge problem, contact Whop support. For a refund request, open the order in Whop and use the Resolution Center. The policy shown when you purchased applies.
Pain or a health concern
Stop the workout. Muscle by Design support cannot diagnose pain, injury, fainting, chest pain, medication questions, or eating concerns. Take those to a qualified health professional or emergency service.
