Use the course. Own the work.
The Earned Physique is the course and community from Muscle by Design, built from my experience. It is not medical care, one-to-one coaching, or a guaranteed result.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to join Muscle by Design. The course and member chat are adult-only. There is no teen enrollment and no parent-approval exception.
Your responsibility
Use controlled technique, follow equipment rules, and stop an exercise when pain appears. Injury, medical restriction, eating-disorder concern, medication questions, or major weight changes belong with a qualified professional.
Your choice
I’m showing you my method and what I learned getting it wrong. Adults choose what to try, change, or leave. Optional food, alcohol, supplement, schedule, and lifestyle guidance never controls course access or progress. Safety stops still apply.
What you are buying
New eligible customers can start a seven-day free trial with a valid payment method. Membership automatically renews at $14.99 USD per charge after the trial until canceled. The first paid month is 30 days and each month you stay runs longer, as set out in the refund policy under Loyalty days. Cancel in Whop Orders before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Checkout and your order show the exact first billing date. Earlier free passes and paid purchases keep the terms shown when those members joined. Lesson 1 opens when you join, then one new lesson opens every seven days through week 8 while your membership is active. It includes personal, non-transferable access to released lessons, current workouts and tools, and private member chat for as long as that membership is active. You may use the course for yourself. You may not resell, copy, publish, share, or redistribute its content. Earlier one-time purchases keep their original lifetime course terms.
Results
My transformation and training history show my own experience. Your result depends on your starting point, health, training, food, recovery, execution, and time. No body, strength, weight, or timeline result is promised.
Whop
Whop processes the purchase and provides the account and access controls. Whop's buyer terms, platform policies, and legally required consumer rights also apply.
